Very Random: Funny kids, weekend fun, and a date night.

Goofballs.

The kids were watching a show while I made them lunch one day. When I came down they were sitting like this. It was so cute I decided a couch picnic was needed so as to not interrupt the cuteness.

A very rare photo of a sleeping girl. The warm weather has worn her out enough that she has actually fallen asleep BEFORE I put her in her crib. And better yet she stayed asleep while I snapped a picture. She is a light sleeper this one.

We got a zoo pass.

GNO to the Hunger Games.

Cutey Patootey who insisted on wearing this hat.

These guys really are great friends.

Another rare photo.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the warm weather. For Mason's spring break we spent a lot of time outside (and one day at the pool--indoor pool). Here we are at the park with our buddies.

Sage took a broom to the face courtesy of Mason. It was an accident, but man I hate this kind of stuff.

Nic took a trip to San Antonio. He went to a Spurs game, shot guns, ate lot of red meat, and slept in the lap of luxury at a super nice hotel. I think he had a really great time. He deserved it. The kids and I stayed home and ended up sick for most of the week. Blah.

See that wisp of blackness to the upper left of the trees? BATS!! He went to a bridge that has the highest number of urban bats on earth. At dusk millions of bats come flying out from under this bridge. He stood on the bridge and watched them. Crazy!

More zoo.

More park time.

Mason started soccer again. He loves it!

Cookies.

Nic and I went to see Radiolab live. The best part was that Dimitri Martin (our favorite comedian) was there. It was awesome. The show itself was pretty interesting too.

Sage is doing so much better at going to nursery at church. No more tears! This has also transferred to the daycare at the gym which means I have been able to go to the gym everyday this month! My glutes thank you Sagie girl. (She is the one in the pink)

Okay. We really need to do the Zoo before it gets too hot. Sigh. Now I just need to get feeling better.

I'm proud of you for knowing the difference between a dash from a hyphen. You and Heather might be the only 2 people I know that do.
