(So I am a bit behind on blogging. Actually kind of a lot behind on blogging. Here are my efforts to catch up.)
Easter this year was super fun with both kids. Sage is getting to the age where she can participate in holiday festivities and is actually excited about it. Holidays are so much more fun with kids.
This year we did the Farmington egg hunt again. Its sponsered by Lagoon and so it usually results in the kids making a pretty good haul. Mason was bumped up into an older age group this year so he didn't make quite the killing as he did last year, but honestly that was just fine with me.
Pre-hunt. (It was a beautiful, sunny, chilly, day. The kids insisted on wearing their new rain coats despite the obvious blue skies.)
Concerned.
Post-hunt with stuffed cheeks to prove it.
Easter morning the kids hunted for their baskets, then we did a quite photo shoot in the bright sun before church.
And after church we enjoyed some of our Easter spoils.
I love Easter. I love the feeling of spring and the newness that comes with fresh green grass and flowers and all that good stuff. It is such a wonderful time to reflect on our Savior and what he did so that we can become "like-new" some day too.

I like you playing blog catch up. I have a feeling that next time we (finally) get together that we will both be holding baby boys. :)
