First Weeks

I am behind on blogging and I don't want to be. I have so much to post about, but I want to do it in order. So here is a flashback to September and the first few weeks after we brought Jonas home. Its crazy to look at these pictures and see how much he has grown and changed in the last few months. Hopefully I'll get caught up through Thanksgiving this week. Hopefully.

Nic always gets me flowers after we have a baby. I think my mom participated in getting these. They were beautiful.

First bath. Not a fan, but now at nearly 3 months he LOVES them.

 

Mason showing him his Pokemon cards. Its funny because a kid at the gym gave Mason a Pokemon card this last summer and Mason thought it was so cool, though he has no idea what they are or what to do with them-and neither do I. But they are still cool to him.

 

Bubbles are a good way to burn off some energy after being couped up with a newborn.

My mom took really good care of us.

 



 

After my mom left, Nic had a whole week of paternity leave. So he took the kids and got them out of the house so Jonas and I could sleep and rest in peace. Nic is an outstanding dad. Seriously, he is great. He took the kids to do some fun stuff. Here they are at the Hill Airforce Base Museum.

 

Some pretty sweet break-dancing moves took place here. We have video to prove it.

 

Nic would take Sage to the park while Mason was at preschool. She loved the one on one time.
