Idaho Round 2 (August 2013)

Shay and Brighton came to Idaho for B's birthday, so the kids and I headed up to spend a few days with them. We went to Tautphaus Park, the greenbelt, and just played around the house. The kids love when they get to see Bubba.
Nell has the best seat in the house on our trips.
Outside at Grandma's.

We got to meet Reese!

Tautphaus Park. There was a lady there painting faces.

Standing like a champ.
Merry go round.

Ice cream!
We had dinner with Dad, Penni and Grandma Kelley.
Great Grandma Kelley
Sage thought she could hop on Grandpa's motorcycle no big deal. That's a big burn from the exhaust. Poor girl.
Greenbelt

This situation got out of hand really quick!

Sage spent much of the weekend finding Shay's make up bag and stealing her lip gloss. Shay ended up sending Sage home with some pink lip gloss so all her dreams could come true.

Nachoooooooo.

Brothers (August 2013)

Nic's first (and possibly only) selfie.

While in Idaho for the 4th, Nic found an old set of Star Wars DVDs. So He and Mason watched them for the first time.

Idaho Falls zoo with Grandma.

We got to meet up at a splash pad with our good friends the Woods and their cute boys.

This cute girl. This was taken about 0.5 seconds before we let go with her left hand and somehow swung around the smacked her ear on the corner of the door. Good thing she is a tough cookie.

And a talented musician.

Post work out run to the grocery store. This is how he likes to ride.

Mason's mason jar of shells.

Sage came into the house and asked for a bowl. I handed her this and she dumped all these guys into it. She had collected them in about 10 minutes.

Sam's club with the fam.

Happiest baby on the block!

Sage's trail. You do what you have to do to get a toddler to eat!

This is how I found Sage at the gym. If you know Sage, you know that this is unusual.

Summer colds are for the birds!

Sometimes you just have to document the amount of snot coming out of your baby's face.

Some light reading for a summer morning.

We got a new chair for the nursery and I had to say goodbye to the rocking chair that I rocked all 3 of my babies in. I tend to get sentimentally attached to things more than I should. This was a hard one. I spent many night (both awake and awkwardly asleep) rocking or feeding my babies. Those moments are some of my most precious.

This kid.

Sage singing out the window.
Sweet  girl

If I could capture her personality in a bottle and distribute it all over the earth. The world would be a really awesome place to live.
